How to you decide which user feedback to ignore?

by•

I’m reaching the point where feedback is starting to conflict.

One person asks for more customization.

Another wants fewer options.

Someone else wants automation.

If I tried to satisfy everyone, I’d probably end up with a much more complicated product.

For founders who have shipped products:

How do you decide which feedback deserves action and which feedback should simply be acknowledged?

Are there patterns you’ve learned to recognize, or do you mostly rely on intuition?

I’d love to hear real examples instead of general advice.
