One Friday afternoon, me and a colleague of mine, both working remotely, were about to update once again our internal CV for the HR team to "understand" our skills, experiences and strengths... Another day, same repetitive task. The sad part? Nobody cared about our problems or even knew the challenges we overcame in our daily jobs. Nothing of the actual work was there on the CV.
