Pulse - Open-source revenue ops copilot for HubSpot teams.

by
Pulse is an open source AI revenue ops copilot for sales and RevOps teams. Paste meeting notes and Pulse maps them to your HubSpot schema: deal stage, amount, custom properties, and next steps. It also drafts follow up emails via Gmail, surfaces pipeline risk, syncs context from Google Calendar, and can push team summaries to Slack. Nothing writes to CRM or sends without your approval. Try the browser demo with no signup, or clone the repo and run it yourself.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋

I built Pulse because sales reps lose hours every week retyping meeting notes into HubSpot, and the CRM still ends up stale.

Pulse takes raw notes and:
• Extracts deal data (amount, stage, security requirements, next steps)
• Maps it to YOUR HubSpot schema, custom properties included, not a generic template
• Drafts the follow up email and sends via Gmail when connected
• Pulls meeting context from Google Calendar
• Flags pipeline risk before deals go quiet
• Pushes team summaries to Slack on demand

Human in the loop by default: nothing writes to CRM or sends without your approval.

It is fully open source, you can try the workflow right on the landing page with no signup, it runs in your browser. Or clone the repo and run it yourself.

Would love to hear your feedback!

Love that nothing touches HubSpot or sends without explicit approval, the approval-first design makes it actually trustworthy for a RevOps workflow.

Pasted in some rough notes from a discovery call and Pulse actually pulled the right deal stage and amount from my messy scribbles. The "nothing writes without approval" angle is a nice touch too.

Love that nothing hits HubSpot or sends an email without explicit approval, that approval gate is exactly what makes me trust it with real pipeline data.

Pasted a messy call recap and it actually matched the deal stage and next steps to our HubSpot fields on the first try. Approval step before anything hits the CRM is a nice touch for trust.
