How do you track performance across hundreds of pages?

We ran into a problem while working on larger sites.

Checking Lighthouse page by page quickly stops working once you go beyond a few dozen URLs. Results become inconsistent, and tracking changes over time turns into a mess.

Curious how others handle this in real projects.

Do you rely on scripts, limit checks to key pages, or use some tools?
