Who is the best proxy provider for web scraping?

Over the last four years, we've used, tested, and benchmarked close to 100 web scraping APIs and residential proxy providers across different websites and request volumes.

One thing has become clear to us: there is no single best proxy provider.

A provider that performs brilliantly and cost-effectively on Amazon might offer poor value on Etsy or struggle to maintain the same performance on Booking.com.

Request volume changes the picture again. The best-value provider at 10,000 requests can become significantly more expensive at 100,000 or one million requests.

So the real question is:

"Who is the best proxy provider for the websites I'm scraping, at the volume I need?"
