Just launched Protocol — an app for running structured

Not a habit tracker. The difference:

Protocol → did it actually change anything?

Here's how it works:

1. Pick an experiment (or build custom)

2. Capture your baseline metrics on Day 0

3. Log a 2-second daily check-in for 14–30 days

4. Get a verdict — keep it or drop it, backed by your data

What I've tested personally:

- Cold showers 14 days → Energy +42%, Mood +35% ✅ kept

- No sugar 21 days → Sleep +14%, Cravings -63% ✅ kept
