The Software is Easy to Use with Robust features like Smart Reports, Canned Responses, Shared Inbox etc. The Support option of Telephonic support helps a lot!
Overall easy and Simple cloud-based help desk. I like the shared inbox feature not only internal ticket system for employees but also an organized customer ticket system.
