topSpot - The transparent leaderboard for Indian brands

by•
topSpot is India's first brand's leaderboard platform. No hidden pricing, no sales calls, no algorithms deciding who gets seen just a public price to claim #1. Daily boards reset every midnight, giving everyone a fresh shot at the top; all-time boards reward the biggest claim ever made per category. Built for Startups, Local Shops, Brands, Influencers, Agencies, NGOs, and Podcasts. Every day, the top 5 in each category get shouted out on our LinkedIn and X real visibility, not just a rank.

Hey everyone! Excited to launch topSpot today. The idea came from something I kept noticing: so many genuinely good startups, shops, brands, and creators in India build real things and just... never get seen. Not because the product is bad, but because visibility online is usually decided by an algorithm nobody understands, or a sales call with an ad agency that only makes sense if you already have a big budget. I wanted to try something more honest: what if the price to be seen was just public? No negotiation, no "contact us for pricing," no black-box ranking. Just here's what it costs to be #1 right now, and anyone can beat it. That's topSpot. Every category Startups, Local Shops, Brands, Influencers, Agencies, NGOs, Podcasts has a daily leaderboard that resets at midnight, so there's always a fresh shot at the top. There's also an all-time board per category for the biggest single claim ever made. No login needed to browse, and payments run through UPI/Razorpay since that's how most people actually pay here. The part I'm most excited about: every day, the top 5 in each category get featured on our LinkedIn and X. So ranking well doesn't just win you a spot on the site it gets you real, extra visibility beyond it too. My approach changed a lot while building this. I originally designed it closer to a traditional auction (permanent crown, anti-snipe timers, the whole thing), but the more I thought about who'd actually use this small business owners, solo creators, people without huge budgets the more I realized a daily reset made way more sense. It means a small shop with ₹50 has just as real a shot at #1 today as a funded startup does, which felt like the right spirit for what I wanted to build. Would genuinely love your feedback what would make you actually want to claim a rank here? And if you spot anything broken, tell me, I'm watching this thread all day.
