Why is it still so hard for builders to find their people?
Hi everyone! I'm Andrea, and over the past few months I've been spending my nights and weekends building software. Somewhere along the way I realized that one of the biggest challenges isn't coming up with ideas or learning new skills. It's finding people who genuinely understand what you're trying to build.
I can talk to friends and family about a new feature or a launch, but it's different talking to someone who's also trying to find customers, ship products, grow a business, or figure out their next move. Those conversations are just different.
That realization led me to build Progresslio, which officially launches on Product Hunt tomorrow.
It starts by helping builders discover one another, find people pursuing similar goals, and build real relationships through accountability, encouragement, shared knowledge, and honest feedback. My hope is that it eventually becomes a place where builders don't just find motivation, they find the people who help them launch, grow, and succeed.
I'm building this in public because I want it to solve real problems, not the ones I imagine from behind a screen.
I'd love to hear your thoughts before launch:
When you think about building a business, what's the hardest part about finding the right people? Is it finding collaborators, getting honest feedback, staying motivated, learning from people who've been there before, or something completely different?
I'd genuinely love your perspective, and if Progresslio sounds interesting, I'd be honored if you'd check it out when it launches tomorrow.

Appreciate everyone who's read this so far. I'm really curious...how have you found the people who've helped you most in your journey?
