How do you find out a task slipped — before someone has to ask "where is this at?"
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Phong, maker of Progask.
I work in a product analytics team, and the question I hear (and ask) most every week is — "Where is this at?" Plans get made in a meeting or in a chat with ChatGPT/Claude, then quietly drift. Dates move without a reason, late tasks get dragged back into "in progress", and someone ends up chasing people just to know the real status.
Progask is my attempt to fix that: plan your week in ChatGPT or Claude, say "add it", and it becomes tasks with real dates. The board sorts itself into due, late and next, with no columns to drag. Nothing moves unless you say so, every change keeps its reason, and a late task stays visible until you deliberately move it.
We're launching soon, and I'd love to learn how you work today:
1) How do you (or your team) notice a task is slipping: standups, a PM chasing, a tool, gut feeling?
2) When a deadline moves, do you ever record why?
3) Would you trust an AI assistant to plan your week if you still had the final say on every change?
Every reply shapes what we ship next. If this resonates, hit Follow on Progask to get notified on launch day.
