We're building ProductOS — what is the hardest part of taking an idea to launch?
Hey Product Hunt community! 👋
We’re launching ProductOS today, and I’d love to start a conversation with fellow founders, builders, and product people.
AI has made writing code incredibly fast. But there’s something we’ve noticed:
Building software is getting easier. Building the right product is still hard.
Before writing a single line of code, there’s market research, competitor analysis, product requirements, user experience, and architecture.
And once development starts, context often gets lost between tools.
That’s why we’re building ProductOS — an AI-native product development platform that brings research, PRDs, design, development, and shipping into one connected workflow.
Our philosophy is simple:
PRD in. Product out. 🚀
But I’d love to hear from this community:
What’s the biggest bottleneck you face when turning an idea into a working product?
1. Market research and validating the idea
2. Writing clear product requirements
3. UI/UX design
4. Development and debugging
5. Deployment and launching
6. Keeping everything connected across tools
I’d genuinely love to hear your experiences, especially from people building with AI coding tools.
Looking forward to the discussion!
— Founder, ProductOS
