I'm doing a 100-day public marketing sprint post-launch. Here's what I'm tracking.

We launched prepros on Product Hunt this week and landed in the top 20 (16th!). Really grateful for the support from this community.

Now comes the harder part: turning that momentum into real traction.

I'm doing a 100-day marketing challenge starting from launch day. The goal is to hit a meaningful MRR milestone by January 2027. Here's what the sprint looks like:

Channels I'm focused on:

  • LinkedIn and Instagram (consistent posting, not just launches)

  • Cold outreach to creative directors and production leads at DTC brands

  • Press pitches to trade publications covering brand and production

  • The prepros blog, built around SEO and shoot production topics

What I'm measuring:

  • Studio-tier signups ($399/mo) from direct outreach

  • Weekly active users across all tiers

  • Which content actually converts vs. just gets engagement

I'll post updates here as I go. Would love to hear from other founders who've run structured post-launch sprints. What worked? What was a waste of time?
