How many days could your family actually survive without shopping?

If supermarkets suddenly became unavailable for a few weeks, would you know how long your household could realistically manage with what you already have?

Not just food.

I’m thinking about:

  • Water

  • Food

  • Medicine

  • Hygiene

  • Babies and children

  • Pets

  • Everyday essentials

The interesting part is that having “a lot of supplies” doesn't necessarily mean being prepared. What really matters is how many days of autonomy those supplies give you.

I’m curious: how would you calculate your household’s real autonomy today?

Would you count everything together, or calculate food, water, medicine, etc. separately?
