Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Practice of Happiness around a simple idea: Happiness is not something you wait for or find. It’s something you practice. A lot of wellbeing apps focus on one thing: meditation, journaling, affirmations, habits, or mood tracking. I wanted to create something that brings small daily practices together in a way that feels practical and easy to return to. Practice of Happiness includes: • Happiness Goals to help you live how you want to feel • Breathing Meditation to pause, slow down, and refocus • Change Inner Talk to build kinder self-talk • Micro Habits to make change feel easier • Gratitude Journaling to recognize what is already good • Connect prompts to strengthen relationships through small actions My goal was to make happiness feel less abstract and more like something you can do today, even for a few minutes.
