We built PostPilot because small business owners were losing leads to slow replies, not bad marketing. A comment sits unanswered for six hours, a WhatsApp inquiry goes cold overnight, a Google review gets no response for a week. All of that costs real customers. PostPilot closes that gap.  Really glad it came through that way, we spent a lot of time on the WhatsApp agent's tone specifically, most bots feel scripted, so it was a priority to get it to actually sound like a person mid-conversation.
