ok so i got TIRED of paying firebase bills that look like my rent 😭 and supabase is cool but like... Its not totally free and also i want MY data on MY server ya know?? so i built Postbase πŸŽ‰ it's got postgres, auth (20+ providers!!), realtime, file storage, edge functions, basically everything firebase & supabase have but 100% open source (MIT) and self-hosted. one docker command and ur done 🐳 no vendor lock-in, no surprise bills, just vibes and full control πŸ™Œ

hey PH!! πŸ‘‹ so the story is simple lol. i opened my firebase bill one day and nearly cried πŸ˜‚ then tried supabase which was awesome but i wanted to actually OWN my data and not depend on anyone's servers. so i spent months building Postbase, a full backend platform that runs on YOUR infrastructure 🏠 postgres db, auth, realtime, storage, edge functions... the whole deal. MIT licensed so literally take it and do whatever u want with it πŸ’ͺ would love your feedback, be brutal!!
