Portlivo 1.1: open any running dev server's project in your editor

Portlivo 1.1 is out, a free update for everyone.

The big one is Open in editor: press E on any dev server (or use its menu) and its project opens in VS Code, Cursor or Zed.

Also new:

• the git repo and branch on every row, including each agent worktree

• live logs in their own window, in the server's colours, with errors marked, a filter and copy

• a server count next to the menu bar icon

• a new look for the window, with a System, Light or Dark switch

Fixed: the inspector's phone QR code, and port conflicts from Node 24 now offer Kill Holder & Retry.
