One shortcut (⌃⌥⌘P) hides every app except the one you're using, mutes your Mac and turns on Do Not Disturb. The part I cared most about is the second press: Poof puts back exactly what it changed. Apps you'd hidden yourself stay hidden, a Mac that was already muted stays muted, and if Poof ever crashes mid-poof, it restores everything the next time it opens.
A few details:
• While poofed, the menu is a receipt of everything Poof hid and changed. Click an app there to bring back just that one.
