Hey PH! I built this because every pomodoro timer I tried made me feel worse, not better. I have ADHD. The standard 25-minute interval isn't some universal truth. It's an arbitrary number from a book written in the 1980s. Some days I can lock in for 50 minutes. Other days, 10 minutes is a win. Forcing myself into a rigid format just gave me one more thing to fail at. So I built a timer that lets me set my own rhythm. A few things I'm proud of: The progress ring. Time blindness is real. Reading "17:42" on a screen means nothing to my brain. But watching an arc shrink? That I can process. You see time passing without doing mental math. Breadcrumb memory. When a focus session ends, the app asks: "What were you in the middle of?" You type a quick note. When the next session starts, it shows you that note. Because after a break, my brain has zero idea what I was doing. Focus Forecast. After a couple weeks of use, the app analyzes your session data and tells you when YOUR brain focuses best. Not a generic "mornings are best" platitude. Your actual peak hours, based on your data. The core app is free, forever, no account needed. Premium is $2/month if you want the analytics, extra themes, and integrations. Built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No frameworks. Single HTML file. Works offline. Loads instantly. Would love your feedback. What would make this more useful for you?
