Hey PH! 👋 I'm Guille — software and hardware engineer, and a poker player. I run regular poker games at home and help organize a few others. Every tournament tool I tried was either a Windows-only download, ridiculously overpriced for what it did, or so bare-bones it couldn't handle rebuys, multiple tables, or a proper prize ladder. So I built PokerAdmin in my spare time. Not as a startup — as something I actually needed. It grew from there, and I added subscription plans so I can keep improving it properly. The feature I'm most proud of is the player-facing app: players scan a QR and follow the tournament live on their own phone — blind clock, prize pool, chip counts, waiting lists. Everything syncs automatically. I'm a one-person team, so feedback hits me directly and I actually act on it.
