A bit of background: I built this because I run a separate business doing personalised wine recommendations for independent retailers. The thing that frustrates me about Shopify personalisation tools is that most of them either depend on third-party cookie data (which is increasingly unreliable), require significant manual configuration to do anything useful, or are priced for enterprise stores that already have an analytics team.
Concierge is none of those things. It uses a web pixel to build first-party behavioural profiles anonymously, segments visitors based on what they actually browse and buy, and then surfaces personalised content throughout the store. It starts doing something useful from the first install, and gets sharper as data accumulates.
I shipped this entirely solo and it launched on the App Store 10 days ago. Today is genuinely day one of putting it in front of people outside my immediate network.
Every Shopify store shows every visitor the same homepage. That made sense before you had data. It makes less sense now.
Pinpointed Concierge builds an anonymous behavioural profile for each visitor, from browsing history, category affinity, and purchase patterns and uses it to personalise their storefront in real time. No login required, no third-party cookies, fully compliant with privacy regulations.
It works on day one with smart defaults, and improves automatically as data accumulates.
