We've very excited to launch Ping on product hunt! We started Ping because we worked as IT support at Boston College's Alumni stadium all throughout college, and saw how difficult it was for staff to communicate and get things done. Trying to solve issues through chains of texts and calls, and group chats slowed everything down and led to longer lines, poor fan experiences, and less revenue for BC. So we decided to create a communication tool that allows staff to communicate instantly with the right people to solve issues and collects data that administrators can use to understand their operations.
