Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Erin, and I built Pillar because the existing coaching software wasn't built for coaches like me — independent practitioners running their own practice, not gym chains scaling to thousands of clients.
Most coaching platforms treat clients as workout subjects. They give coaches a task list and call it coaching. But the dimensions that actually drive client outcomes — sleep, recovery, mood, hydration, habits — get ignored or buried.
Pillar is built around eight pillars of client outcomes: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, hydration, steps, mood, and habits. Coaches configure the right mix per client, see daily check-offs and weekly trends, and get a real-time view of what's actually moving the needle. No more stitching together five tools to run your practice.
What changed during the build: I started thinking this was a workout-tracking problem. It's actually a "see the whole client" problem, and that reframing shaped the entire product.
If you're a coach running your own practice — or you've been frustrated with how disconnected your tools are — I'd love your feedback. What's the worst part of running your practice right now?
