Hey PH — I built PickTheRobot to help operators pick warehouse, cleaning, and restaurant robots without wading through vendor marketing. Answer a short quiz → get a rules-based fit score, lease/buy guidance, and vendor matches. Free, no signup. picktherobot.com Would love feedback: are the questions right for your use case, and what’s missing?

Would love to see a side-by-side TCO calculator built in, plugging in lease terms vs buy and showing real break-even points for each robot. That kind of number-crunching would save a ton of spreadsheet work and probably become the first tab I open every time.

Great idea. Lease vs buy break-even is exactly the kind of math buyers do in spreadsheets. We’re not building a full TCO calculator yet (too easy to get wrong without solid assumptions), but it’s on the radar. For now the matcher plus cost bands are the interim path. Thanks for the feedback.

It would help to see a running cost calculator built into the match results, so I can plug in square footage or monthly hours and instantly see lease vs buy break-even numbers instead of just a recommendation.

Thanks. We’re exploring a running-cost view on results using your facility inputs, with clear assumptions and ranges rather than a single break-even figure. Appreciate the detail.
