Pet insurance has been a total lifesaver for us - interesting play on that here. Also an interesting subscription product for our Pay by Bank payment method...we're solving involuntary churn by billing at the right time of the month for a customer and offer a discount to the customer since it costs much less to transact by bank than via cards. Congrats on the launch! To be honest, for $29/month I’d be willing to pay for the online vet only. The insurance looks like an insane bonus to that. Considering your main product are pet cameras, can owners also give access to the videos to your online vets for better diagnostics?

thanks! it's really easy to grab videos from the stream or the cloud storage timeline but we are considering streamlining this even more for smoother vet interactions.
