I’m one of the co-founder's of MiniBrew: The Easiest & Smartest Brewing Machine
Right now, brewing is an activity that can take up a lot of time, space and provides limited clarity about the results. Nobody, and I mean nobody, likes to spent 6-8 hours in their basement after work a full week and produce a crappy beer as a result!
We are trying to simplify, streamline and speed up the beer making process. The idea of MINIBREW was born out of necessity: working long days made it impossible to get our favorite craft beers in store, and our favorite limited release lagers kept selling out. We knew there had to be a better way to "Brew It Yourself" without the hassle or expertise. Along the way, we discovered that the same issue seems to resonate with a lot of people that love to drink beer, discover taste, but have never brewed before.
After months of prototyping and talking with over 400 users, we’ve build several prototypes and finalized one machine that combines brewing, cooling and fermentation in a single machine. This has never done before. Comparatively speaking, our brewing machine is decently sized, not much bigger than some espresso makers in your kitchen. You’ll get about 1.3 gallons worth of beer with each brew. That’s a little less than three growlers.
The machine uses smart technology through onboard sensors. Our MINIBREW app will be your guide to discover new beers and give you brewing instruction when to do manual labor. Anyone brewing with our machine can choose to upload their beers to the database. This makes it possible for you to craft a beer from the comfort of your home through a recipe made in LA or a craft brewer in Amsterdam. So, let’s find liberation through libation
