Peal - Calendar alarms that tell a meeting from a block of time

by•
Peal turns important calendar appointments into alarms that ring through Silent mode and Focus until you stop them. Smart alarms in Peal Plus use Apple Intelligence on the device to tell what kind of appointment it is. Rules are free. No account, no server.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Kornelius, and I built Peal on my own. In heads-down work or a good conversation, time goes by, and I like that. I don't want my phone in my hand all day. Even so, I kept missing important appointments, customer meetings included. Peal turns those appointments into alarms that ring through Silent mode and Focus until you stop them. The harder question was which appointments should ring at all, because an app that rings for every entry gets switched off. Smart alarms answer that: Apple Intelligence on your device tells what kind of appointment it is. Blocks of time stay quiet, travel rings two hours ahead, and an appointment your keywords missed can still ring. They are part of Peal Plus. Without Plus you set rules per calendar, keyword or participant, lead time and quiet hours, all free. Everything runs on the device. No account, no server, no analytics. Because Peal collects nothing, a bug report is the only way I learn what breaks. Anyone who reports one gets three months of Peal Plus. I'm here all day to answer comments.
