Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm an independent developer from China, and PDflow started as a personal project. I was frustrated by how fragmented document workflows had become. PDF conversion, OCR, template creation, document editing, and batch processing often required multiple tools, subscriptions, and cloud uploads. I wanted a single workspace that could handle document tasks locally, with better privacy and faster performance. Over the last few months, I've been building PDflow from the ground up. What began as a PDF conversion tool has gradually evolved into a document productivity platform. The biggest challenge was PDF-to-Excel conversion. We rebuilt parts of the engine multiple times to improve table reconstruction, OCR handling, and spreadsheet usability. The current V1.2 release is the result of many iterations and user feedback. PDflow is still early, but this launch is an important milestone. I'd love to hear your thoughts, feature requests, and feedback. Thanks for supporting independent makers!
