Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I’m the maker of Patterly.

We built Patterly out of sheer frustration with the current WhatsApp Business Platform ecosystem. Right now, if a growing business or developer team wants to scale their WhatsApp engagement in India, they get hit from two sides: sky-high subscription costs scaled per agent seat, and marked-up message costs hidden inside legacy provider wallets.

We realized that since Meta shifted to the Cloud API, businesses don’t need an expensive middleman to resell them messages—they just need a great software layer.

So, we built an infrastructure-first workspace that gives you everything you need without the bloat:

  • Direct Meta Billing: You bring your own WABA/Meta token and pay Meta directly. Zero markup from our end.

  • Developer Utility: A robust REST API and lightning-fast webhooks with full delivery logs.

  • Shared Team Inbox: Built for collaboration with unlimited agent/team setups without per-seat pricing.

  • BYO-AI Engine: Drop in your own OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic API key, write your business description, and have a contextual support bot running instantly.

All of this is bundled into a flat utility price of ₹999/month.

What feedback we are looking for today:
Since we are building this specifically for developers, tech teams, and high-volume marketers, your input is incredibly valuable to our roadmap. We would love to know:

  1. How smooth is the Meta onboarding and token-linking flow for you?

  2. What specific CRM or e-commerce integrations (, Razorpay, etc.) should we prioritize next for our webhook ecosystem?

  3. For those testing the AI layer, how well is it handling your specific industry prompts or regional dialects?

I’ll be active here all day to answer your questions, chat about the tech stack, or take your feature requests. Let me know what you think!
