How do you organize the things you reuse every day on your Mac?

While building PasteItAll, I kept coming back to a simple question: where do people keep the small pieces of content they need again and again?

For me, they were scattered across Notes, chats, browser tabs, and Finder folders email replies, addresses, links, logos, screenshots, and files I send regularly. Clipboard history helps with recent copies, but the things worth keeping usually need context and organization.

PasteItAll - Your local-first Mac library for everything you reuse

PasteItAll is a local-first Mac library for the text, links, images, and files you deliberately save. Organize them by project and tag, then bring anything back through a global Quick Picker, the menu bar, Spotlight, or macOS Services. It reads your clipboard only when you choose to save, and keeps your content on your Mac. Pro adds unlimited saving and optional private iCloud sync across Macs.
