Outshine - Know what to say next in every meeting

by
Most AI meeting tools tell you what happened afterward. Outshine helps you decide what to say next. It listens to the ongoing discussion and gives you timely, context-aware suggestions on what to ask, clarify, challenge, or contribute—so you can participate with more confidence and move the conversation forward.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Michael, the solo founder behind Outshine. I built Outshine because most AI meeting tools focus on helping people remember what happened after a meeting. But I kept thinking about a different problem: What should I say next while the meeting is still happening? Many professionals understand their work but still struggle to find the right moment to ask a strategic question, challenge an assumption, clarify ownership, or point out a hidden risk. Outshine listens to the ongoing conversation and provides timely, context-aware coaching suggestions to help you participate more effectively. It’s not intended to replace your judgment or speak for you. The goal is to help you notice useful opportunities to contribute when they matter. I built the first version as a solo founder using Flutter, Firebase, and Gemini, and I’m still actively improving the coaching quality and timing. I’d especially love feedback on: • Would you use coaching like this during a real meeting? • Which types of suggestions would be most valuable? • How frequently should the coaching update without becoming distracting? Thanks for checking out Outshine. I’ll be here reading every comment and answering questions.

Finally tried this in a real team meeting and the nudge to push back on a vague timeline saved us from a week of confusion. Wish I'd had it months ago.

This sounds genuinely useful for meetings where I tend to freeze up. Love that it nudges you in the moment instead of dumping notes after.

Tried it during a standup and it nudged me to clarify a vague blocker question I'd have totally let slide. The suggestions feel more like a good colleague than a script.

Really cool concept, kind of like having a co-pilot mid-call. One thing I'd love is the option to set a "meeting persona" up front so the suggestions match how I actually want to show up, like more direct or more curious, since right now I'm guessing the tone might not always fit my style.
