Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built OutboundOS because outbound email software has a strange pricing problem. The more successful your outbound operation becomes, the more expensive the software becomes. More contacts? Upgrade. More team members? Upgrade. Another client? Upgrade. More emails? Buy more credits. I wanted to approach it differently. OutboundOS doesn't replace your email infrastructure. You connect your own SMTP, and OutboundOS handles everything around it: contacts, workspaces, templates, branching journeys, scheduling, AI personalisation, analytics, teams and sending safeguards. For agencies, every client can have a completely separate workspace with their own SMTP, contacts, campaigns and analytics. And because we're not selling email delivery, we don't need to charge based on how many emails you send. That's also why we're launching with one-time pricing instead of another monthly subscription.
