I’m Alkan, the creator of Order Tracking System (OTS). We built OTS because we noticed that local businesses and SMBs are often left out when it comes to enterprise-grade operations software. They are forced to use slow spreadsheets, expensive legacy dashboards, or fragmented tools that don't talk to each other.
