Let’s be honest: you’re probably losing money every month because you hate admin.
If you consult or run an agency, you know the drill. You do the work, drop a vague mention of it in a chat, and three weeks later you’re playing detective in your own chat logs trying to scrape together an invoice. And your AI assistant? It’s conveniently forgotten everything, because they all have the memory of a goldfish.
So, I built an MCP server to fix this. It turns Claude, ChatGPT, Grok bot (or whichever AI you’re currently using) into a billing assistant that actually remembers your stuff. It logs your hours, expenses, AI usage, and payments as actual records, right there in the chat.
There is no app. There is no dashboard. We all have enough of those.
It’s completely free. You just paste a URL, log in, and start barking orders at your AI to log your time. (There’s also a demo account if you have commitment issues and just want to poke around first).
I’d love to know what use cases I’ve missed. And because I know you’re too busy to fill out a feedback form (respect), I built a feedback tool directly into the MCP. Just tell your AI, "Hey, tell Otis this feature is missing," and it bypasses the void and goes straight to my inbox. 🙏
