I worked as a procurement coordinator at the Argentine mining company ZE Lithium and was responsible for negotiating with local landowners to acquire private properties with lithium reserves. To make purchase decisions, I had to review hundreds of documents, a process I hated, it typically took 3-4 weeks to complete. All private equity funds and mining companies face the same long and costly process. After selling my previous startup Jetinbox, I had some free time. One day in September 2025, I thought back to my work at ZE Lithium and realized I could build a platform that would make this entire process much faster and easier.
