Using Square or Stripe already? Here is what OrderPay adds
A sensible question is: if Square or Stripe already handles payment, what does OrderPay add?
Square or Stripe remains your payment provider. OrderPay handles the operational layer around scheduled orders: recurring or one-off menus, ordering windows, product and shared capacity, pickup or delivery dates, preparation and packing views, subscriptions, and shareable order links.
Flex has no fixed subscription charge and instead charges 1% of eligible paid order value, with an A$0.20 minimum per eligible order. Pro is A$29 per month after a payment-method-backed 14-day trial for an eligible legal business. Provider processing fees are separate.
It is designed for bakeries, weekly meal prep, standard bouquet drops, fixed-price farm boxes, and similar small-batch businesses. An eligible Square or Stripe account in a supported market is required.
If you are running preorders today, what part is still handled in DMs, notes, or spreadsheets? I will answer honestly whether OrderPay fits.
