Hey I’m Luke, one of the co-founders of OrcaCal.
My co-founder and I run a small agency and we keep running into the same issue when scheduling meetings with clients. Every meeting meant a new round of "does Wednesday at 2pm work for everyone?". No matter how long we’d be partnered with a client, it always took more time and effort than it should have to find available times with everyone on a meeting.
We built OrcaCal around the idea that if you work with someone regularly, you should be able to view shared availability and confidently book meetings no matter what calendar provider they use. We want to build the best cross-organization scheduling tool that goes beyond sending scheduling links and is designed for ongoing relationships.
