Optime runs quietly in the background on Windows. It ends programs you don't need, trims startup apps, clears junk and keeps you online, and writes down the reason for everything it does.
It lowers the priority of CPU-heavy apps instead of killing them, never touches core Windows processes, switches to your phone hotspot if Wi-Fi drops, and alerts you when your battery hits 100%. Anything it ended comes back with one click. It only asks about newly installed apps.
