The idea came from a simple frustration: companies collect thousands of customer reviews, survey responses, and support messages, but very few actually understand them at scale. Reading everything manually isn't practical, and existing tools often produce dashboards without meaningful insights. Dumped a CSV of survey responses and the topic clustering picked up patterns I would have missed scrolling through manually. The sentiment timeline view is genuinely useful for spotting when things shifted.

the clean dashboard layout really stands out, especially how the sentiment breakdowns are grouped with the topic clusters right where your eye already is. saves a click compared to most tools that bury insights under three menus.
