Would you trust AI employees to run parts of your company?
I’ve been thinking a lot about the next step after AI copilots.
Most tools today help you complete individual tasks: write copy, generate code, summarize research, draft emails, etc.
But what happens when AI starts working more like employees?
For example:
→ An AI CEO that sets objectives and writes daily briefings
→ An AI Strategy lead that researches competitors
→ An AI Marketing lead that prepares campaigns
→ An AI Comms agent that handles social posts and outreach
→ An AI Ops agent that tracks KPIs and risks
→ An AI Engineering agent that creates specs and product plans
The founder would still stay in control, approve important actions, and redirect the team when needed.
I’m building in this space with Operaitor.io, and the biggest question I keep coming back to is trust.
Would you let AI employees run parts of your company?
And if yes, what would you trust them with first?
Research?
Landing pages?
Social posts?
Cold outreach?
Ads?
Inbox replies?
Board meeting prep?
Curious how other founders think about this.
