OpenPhone for Teams - The all-in-one business phone, now made collaborative

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 We're really excited to be back here with a big release! First of all - thanks @toddg777 for hunting us! Since our 3.0 launch here back in November, we've been busy making tons of improvements to the OpenPhone experience. Today, we're excited to share the launch of OpenPhone for Teams. We've made the phone much more collaborative and flexible for you. Over the winter break, we rotated shifts to respond to customers on our OpenPhone number. We immediately felt the pain of not being able to tag each other on conversations with customers and leave internal notes. We wished there was a way to say "hey Daryl, could you jump in here?" and hand off a conversation or get help with a complicated question. Well, this is now possible 🙂 Here's what's new in this release: 💬 Internal threads - store internal conversations as threads to help you stay sane. 🙋🏼‍♀️ Mentions - get input on customer conversations from your team behind the scenes. ♥️ Reactions - sometimes, an emoji is all you need 🤙 💰 HubSpot integration - see the full picture of your customer interactions in your HubSpot CRM. I absolutely love the collaboration extension for this awesome product! Teamwork support is so important for startups. The Hubspot integration is very handy, too. And it looks so sleek - great job Daryna and team!
