What's the one thing you hate most about "free" PDF tools?

After years of using "free" online PDF tools, I kept hitting the same three frustrations:
📤 They upload your files to their servers (not great for contracts, IDs, statements)
💧 They stamp a watermark on the output
🔒 They cap you at a few files a day, then push a subscription
