Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm a solo developer in Germany. One to One Secret Chat started from a simple frustration: every "secure messenger" wants to be a social network. I wanted the opposite — the smallest possible app for the one conversation you actually want to keep private. So it holds exactly one chat. You send one invite link to your partner, parent or friend, they tap it, and you're paired. That's the entire onboarding. Under the hood: 🔑 Curve25519 key pair per device, private key in the iOS Keychain 🔒 ECDH + HKDF → AES-GCM for every message and file — the server only ever sees ciphertext 📞 Voice and video are peer-to-peer WebRTC (DTLS-SRTP); media never touches a server 🛡️ Safety-code verification so you can confirm nobody is in the middle 🚫 No analytics SDK, no trackers, no ads I also put "what we can see" right on the website — which two accounts are paired, message timestamps, call start/end — because I'd rather say it than have you guess. What's next: key rotation for forward secrecy, a TURN relay for strict networks, and whatever you tell me is missing. Text chat is free forever; outgoing calls are a subscription with a free first month. Thanks for looking — questions welcome!
