ONDA is now a connector in Claude: HRV checks and live breathing right in the chat
Hi everyone, Yakiv here, maker of ONDA.
Ahead of our launch on Wednesday, a small milestone: ONDA is now listed in Claude's Connectors Directory.
Once you connect it, Claude can show an interactive ONDA card when the topic comes up:
- "I'm 42 and my Apple Watch HRV is 38 — is that normal?" → an age-based HRV scale (Apple Watch SDNN or Oura/Whoop/Garmin RMSSD)
- "Help me breathe, I can't sleep" → a live breathing guide with a timer, right in the chat
- "I want to start meditating, I have 10 minutes" → free 6-minute practices
- "Oura or Whoop?" → a side-by-side comparison from our independent reviews
No account needed, and the server stores nothing you send. If someone mentions symptoms like chest pain, the HRV tool doesn't read the number at all and points to urgent care instead.
Why build this? More and more people ask an AI before they open an app store. I wanted ONDA to be useful in that moment, not just after a download.

Curious what you think: would you use a wellness tool inside your AI chat, or do you prefer a separate app for this?
