The Inspiration My journey to building OmniBioFex.Cloud started with a simple observation: medical AI is broken. I saw brilliant medical students who wanted to learn radiology but couldn't afford $50–$100 per month for AI tools. I saw researchers who needed to analyze datasets but were priced out by enterprise contracts. I saw clinicians in developing countries who had access to X-ray machines but no radiologists to read them. The problem wasn't the technology—it was the access. Google had released MedGemma, a free, state-of-the-art medical AI model. Yet no one had built a simple, accessible platform around it. The model was sitting there, free for anyone to use, but inaccessible to the people who needed it most. That didn't make sense to me. So I decided to build something different. Something that would put medical AI in the hands of everyone—not just enterprises with deep pockets.
