Managers try to motivate their team to work harder but due to lack of a good strategy, it does not happen. This problem was occupying my mind for a long time. Companies can't achieve their goals because of the poor performance of employees. I was thinking of a solution almost all day and night. We tried to talk to the managers and employess to see why they don't try to work harder. In the end we found a solution for it which is called OldRobo

@scott_hanford Thank you Scott for your comment. We have this option too, you can define your rewards from your admin dashboard. We also offer Amazon gift cards as another option to praise the employees.

Well, interesting concept but I think you need an integration in the existent employee workflow (like Slack or whatever) to be really great. Because if I understand the whole product, it's like open a game during my work -> a kind of productivity/focus breaker :/

@drdou Thank you Nicolas for taking time and writing us your comment. About integration, it is a great idea and we are working on it and will be released soon. Also about the game and working time, we are completely agree with you but this game is designed to not take more than 5 minutes of employees' time each day.
