offrd - Changing the way hiring works for 'Non-Tech' roles

Very interesting product. Keeping up with this story latest. Here's my upvote :)

I believe offrd brings a quantitative mechanism towards hiring candidates for non-tech roles. It's great in terms of reducing top of the funnel cost that is invested in evaluating candidates and filters the suitable candidate easily. Great product by the founding team.
