The "MVP" is dead. I'm building 3 SaaS apps alone at 48x speed

For a long time, the standard startup advice was: build a quick MVP, launch, and see what happens. But even a "quick" MVP takes months and burns cash.

I am currently single-handedly creating three SaaS products at the same time. It literally feels like three average teams are working on three different products!

How? I realized that AI shouldn't just be used to write code faster. It changes the entire production loop. I built an "AI Product Factory" workflow (idea → stage brief → patch → QA → report → handoff).

I want to share my actual metrics based on my experience. Honestly, these numbers are quite modest and conservative:

📉 Time Reduction & Productivity Gains:

• Idea → Roadmap: Usually 1-3 days. Now: 30-120 mins (4x-48x faster)

• Stage Briefs/Task Setting: Usually 2-8 hours. Now: 5-20 mins (6x-96x faster)

• MVP / First working build: Usually 1-4 weeks. Now: 1-3 days (1.7x-20x faster)

• Handoff / Reports: Usually 2-8 hours. Now: 1-10 mins (12x-480x faster)

The main takeaway? The biggest AI boost isn't just in generating code. The real superpower is compressing the operational workflow (planning, task setting, context handover, and status control) which usually takes teams days to align on. In a strict AI-workflow system, these take minutes.

My main focus right now is MEMORIA Monster (a content operations cockpit), but having this repeatable engine completely changed my mindset about "market risk." I can now test multiple hypotheses at near-zero cost.
