We built NueViews to give event planners a more connected workflow. Here's what we've learned.

We're the team behind NueViews, a software platform designed to help professional wedding and event planners manage their businesses through a more connected workflow.

NueViews has been live since January 2026, and over the past several months, we've been listening to planners, gathering feedback, and continuously improving the platform based on how they actually work.

One challenge we wanted to address was how disconnected event planning can feel. Planners often juggle multiple tools for client management, proposals, timelines, seating charts, budgets, and vendor coordination.

We wanted to create something different: a platform where these essential parts of the planning process work together, from the first client inquiry through event execution.

We also believe that powerful software should be affordable and accessible to planners at every stage of their business. Growing your business shouldn't mean being penalized for booking more weddings or events. That's why NueViews offers unlimited weddings and events without per-event fees.

We've also been introducing AI-assisted features to help reduce manual work, including tools for creating seating charts and identifying tables and room openings in floor plans.

We're excited to bring NueViews to Product Hunt on November 3 and introduce what we've been building to a new community!
