I built Nottez because I was paying for three tools that never talked to each other: a whiteboard for thinking, a board for what I had to do, and a spreadsheet pretending to be a CRM for the people paying me. Every Monday I copied things between them by hand.

Nottez is those three in one account:

• Canvas – an infinite board with 14 kinds of card: notes, checklists, tables, maps, images, link previews, timers, sub-boards. Join them with arrows and draw over everything.

• Workflow – stages, due dates that flag late work on their own, labels, owners, checklists, and a table view.

• CRM – firms, clients, deals, deliverables and payments. Late payments turn red. Before-and-after photos and signatures, taken on site.
